AKTIVITI	-          Teacher does the revision for speaking by explaining to the students that some people when they speak they sometimes mumble on and on, monotonously -          This will cause listeners to lose their interest if a speaker fails to use vocal variety -          Vocal variety is voices that can be loud or soft, playing on one note or moving up and down the scale. When people use vocal variety it means they are using variety of ways to play their voice. -          Students practice their vocal variety using the dialogues given to them.
CATATAN / REFLEKSI	-          This is quite a challenging lesson. Students will continue this lesson in the next lesson.

AKTIVITI	-          Teacher does some revision with the students on the preparation for the MUET exam year end by explaining to the students that a short story is a work of fiction which comes from the writer’s imagination -          It has characters, setting (the time and place of the action) and plot -          The plot is the set of connected events on which a story is based. -          Students learn about a character in a short story in the sample passage given to them by the teacher and they discuss about it
CATATAN / REFLEKSI	This was an interesting lesson. Students enjoyed the lesson and were able to describe the character well in the story.

SKILL TAJUK SUB-TAJUK Curr.spec PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGY CCTS OBJEKTIF	Writing component – IN PREPARATION FOR THE MUET EXAM ON THE 13 NOVEMBER THROUGHOUT MALAYSIA Topical order -          Keys to healthy living To analyse and describe information by classifying objects and features in relation to the others Mastery learning,contextual learning Inquiry, analysing General Students will be able to decsribe the food guide pyramid and the importance of healthy eating Specific Students will be able to write out an article in about 250 words on Keys to Healthy Living
AKTIVITI	-          Teacher discusses with the students the diagram on Keys to Healthy Living with the guide of the food pyramid -          Students list out the kind of foods that should be taken more often compared to food that should be taken less due to their amount of carbohydrates and protein contents. -          After jotting down the necessary words to describe the food suitanle for eating students draft their essay with the help of their teacher.
CATATAN / REFLEKSI	Half of the students were able to construct their framework of their essay well whereas the rest need the teacher’s guide to construct their paragraphs.

SKILL TAJUK SUB-TAJUK CURR.SPEC PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGY CCTS OBJEKTIF	Listening skill – PREPARATION FOR MUET YEAR-END EXAMINATION St   Paraphrasing        -          To listen and paraphrase and summarise Mastery learning, contextual learning Analysing, inquiry General Students will be able to paraphrase and summarise Specific Students will be able to listen to the following statements and pick out the key words or ideas and paraphrasing them.
AKTIVITI	- Teacher explains to the students that paraphrasing is a restatement of all the speaker’s ideas in their own words - when they listen to any spoken  discourse they should first pick out key words or ideas that can help them understand the gist of what the person is saying. Then, they paraphrase by linking the key words or ideas. -          Students practice paraphrasing the statements with the teacher to teach them how to paraphrase statements correctly.

Specific Students will be able to construct sentences using the signal words.
AKTIVITI	-          Teacher explains that identifying and using signal words, heading and subheadings which help make a sentence cohesive -          Students learn that these features enable them to understand and follow how the writer has organised or fitted his ideas together. -          Students learn the types of signal words and their functions with examples given.
CATATAN / REFLEKSI	About 10 of the students were able to answer the questions given and the rest need more practice.

Activities	-      - teacher discusses the picture of a painter with a picture of a cartoon and explain to them how creativity can create many interesting pictures        - after that the teacher explains the meaning of the difficult words in the passage to enable the students to understand the passage when they read it on their own before answering the 6 comprehension questions        - After answering the comprehension questions they check their answers with the teacher.
