AKTIVITI	- Tr explains that in a discussion we often have to respond to the point that has been raised - We may show our agreement or disagreement with the point - When we do this we are responding to the agreement or disagreement expressed earlier by others in the discussion - Students practice some of the common expressions used to respond to agreement and disagreement
CATATAN / REFLEKSI	- Students were able to learn some expressions to express their agreement on a particular issue with a particular point in a discussion

AKTIVITI	i. Teacher explains to the students that when a speaker discusses a subject, he usually conveys a lot of factual information ii. At the same time he may also add hos own opinions i.i. what he thinks or believes about the subject or issue iii. Therefore, to distinguish between factual information from opinions a speaker usually uses specific expressions such as: Research has shown that ... According to Professor ... It has been found that ... These are some common expressions used to express factual information Below are some common expressions used to give personal opinions; In my opinion ... I believe ... I personally believe ... iv. Students practice giving factual information and personal opinions using the expressions taught to them on a given issue.
CATATAN / REFLEKSI	- Students were able to give both factual information and personal opinions satisfactorily on the issue given using the expressions taugtht.

Objectives:	General - Students are able to link several factors demanded in the guidelines to ensure health satisfactorily
Specific	Students are able to elaborate the factors as demanded in the guidelines that entail health effectively.
Activities: 	- Students are asked to discuss the tasks given in their respective groups - Students are able to construct sentences that elaborate the factors that link to health - Students are called at random to respond to the tasks given- orally. - Teacher corrects the answers on the spot (in class.)
Reflection:	More exercises orally are needed to enhance students understanding before writing the prose.

Objectives: .	General - Students are able to link factors in guidelines that will ensure health Specific - Students are able to link several factors in the guidelines that will ensure health satisfactorily
Activities	- Students are given an essay- obesity can cause serious health problems - Students are asked to explain the semantics of the key words in the title and their focus - Students are provided guidelines: regular workouts/ a balanced diet/and stress-free life-style to link these to health. - Teacher asked students for opinions.
Notes:	Title: obesity means overweight Guidelines: a regular workouts a balanced diet stress-free life-style
Reflection:	This is below- average class and need to be tackled slowly. Will continue on explaining the guidelines in the next lesson –
