Activities:          
§  Students are given an essay- advantages and disadvantages of handphones
§  Students are asked to explain the semantics of the key words in the title and their focus 
§  Students are provided guidelines: regular workouts/ a balanced diet/and stressfree lifestyle  to link these to health.
§  Teacher asked students for opinions.
Reflection:         A difficult topic that requires extensive vocabulary and facts as well as medical terminologies. Very limited time for discussion, to be continued.

§  Students are provided guidelines: regular workouts/ a balanced diet/and stressfree lifestyle  to link these to health.
§  Teacher  asked students for opinions.
Notes: Title: Health can mean the Absence of Sicknesses, physical and Mental Well-being.

Reflection:         This is below- average class and need to be tackled slowly. Will continue on explaining the guidelines in the next lesson.
